What you will do:

As Corporate Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for all activities related to:

Assess capital structure adequacy of Group, the debt evolution and proposing relevant actions;Develop analyses of financial KPIs and ratios, especially relating to rating and financial sustainability assessment;Manage working capital optimization analysis;Manage financial aspects of business initiatives and contracts;Manage financial risks together with Treasury;Participate in the negotiation of financial contract;Support M&A activities and capital-intensive initiatives, ensuring their bankability and feasibility;Support financial planning process and reporting;Support Head of Unit in definition of Group financial strategies, macro actions and sensitivities, ensuring optimization of capital structure and debt composition. Who you are:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree preferably in Economics:

At least 2-4 years finance experience on corporate level in an international business environment or consulting firm (i. e. transaction services);Ability to work with cross-functional unit and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders;Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (with particular regard to Excel and Power Point);Excellent knowledge of English and knowledge of the Spanish is considered a plus;Master's Degree is considered a preferential title.
