What you will do:As Junior Controller you will be mainly involved in the following activities:

Contribute to the development and execution of the Business Industrial Plan, acting as a focal point among the different stakeholders involved in the process.

Provide financial planning and in-depth ad hoc analysis to assure a deep understanding of the business and its main development drivers;Assisting on the monthly business review process, aiming to present the actual evolution of economic and financial performance of the Group, with specific deep dive on Revenues and Gross Margin and related drivers, as well as the preparation of ad hoc reports;Supporting the Business Lines by acting as connection between the Business and our P&C team.

This involves monitoring product and project performance, offering support during the planning process, and coordinating various activities and teams to ensure consistent results.

The goal is to provide top management with relevant insights for informed decision-making;Cooperating with the Sales team and other business lines in the valuation of tenders / commercial offers with in-depth financial analysis, gathering business insights, identifying main risks and providing financial guidance to optimize offers and meet targets;Continuously improving financial planning and analysis processes, implementing best practices, leveraging technology solutions;Executing ad hoc analyses and acting as focal point on special projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial coherence of business cases and share results and key takeaways with management;Supporting Group subsidiaries with the annual business plan and budgeting process as well as monthly reporting, working closely with local leadership;Assisting M&A team on potential target acquisitions and supporting with presentations to be shared with Board and Shareholders;Ensure compliance with P&C guidelines, policies and procedures. Who you are:Bachelor's/Master's Degree preferably in Economics (e. g.

business administration, corporate finance):

Maximum 3 years of experience in the role;Previous experience in corporate finance consulting companies or FP&A/P&C departments within large organization could be a plus;Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, with specific focus on Excel and PowerPoint;Knowledge of SAP and Power BI as a plus;Business acumen and interest in Energy/Utilities and IT fields;Strong analytical skills, eye for detail and commitment to deliver high quality results in assigned tasks;Excellent knowledge of English and knowledge of the Spanish is considered a plus.
