As a Grinding Operation Specialist, you will help support the manufacturing of our components in Talamona Airfoils lines.

As a Grinding Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Operating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability, safety and delivery

- Performing and recording measurements during manufacturing and inspection process to ensure information is documented

- Assisting with activities and projects to ensure successful completion

- Following operational, security and safety polices to ensure internal company compliance

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have proven experience of operating machining equipment such as grinding.

- Be eligible for Apprenticeship contract.

- Demonstrate excellent experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

- Have a proficient understanding of IT such as using Microsoft Office packages

- Be a team player and display good communication skills

- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

- Show good analytical skills and an aptitude for problem solving

- Be fluent in Italian both oral and written, English knowledge is considered as a plus
