The Role: Group Accounting and Reporting Manager As a key member of the finance team, you will oversee accounting and financial reporting while leading a team of professionals. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating a team of 4-6 members. Supervising accounting activities for our Italian entities. Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations. Supporting process improvements and system integrations. Contributing to financial transformation projects within the group. Your Profile You are proactive and hands-on finance professional with: Education: Master's degree in Finance, Law, or Business Administration. Experience: Around 7 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, ideally within a fast-growing SME in the service sector. Languages: Native Italian speaker with fluent English (mandatory). Personality: Autonomous, rigorous, curious, and resilient under pressure, with strong organizational and project management skills.
