It will be part of the Group controlling team, with a strong focus G&A spend analysis, the consolidation process and the wider group controlling process

Your Tasks

- Consolidation of regional/local management accounts

- Support the analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual Group consolidated G&A spend

- Build relationships with the regional/local finance functions, helping to bring together information and reporting in a timely, clear manner

- Support the budgeting, forecasting and mid-term financial planning processes of the Group G&A function

- Create performance KPI's and conduct variance and ratio analysis of current spend vs. budget and forecast

- Ensure implementation of the continuous improvement of controlling and reporting processes and systems

Your Profile

- University Degree in Business / Financial Management, with a focus on Controlling and Finance

- Minimum 2 years, in a Finance Department or in a consulting firm (audit or transaction service experience)

- Real team player and strong attitude for improvement and change

- Quantitative approach with a business lens and mindset, capability to identify risks as well as opportunities and provide insights

- Target oriented, resilient and proactive

- Fluent in English

- Proficient computer skills: MS Office (very good Excel skills mandatory); CCH Tagetik and MS Dynamics are a plus

- Available to travel, periodically, both in Italy and Abroad

- Role will be preferably based in Milan, with flexibility for Home Office (ca.

50% of the time)
