As the **Group Controller**, you will play a pivotal role within the organization, reporting directly to The Level Group's Founders.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the controlling function and contribute to the company success.

**What you'll do**:

- Develop and implement a Group Control Model to meet the company's business requirements.

- Coordinate reporting and planning processes for Group companies.

- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data.

- Collaborate with the Accounting Finance team to ensure robust monitoring of budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

- Provide a status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.

- Act as the main reference point for Business unit managers.

- Prepare special reports, according to the requirements of shareholders, managers, and other stakeholders, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial information and trends.

- Establish a system for continuously monitoring and tracking key business performance indicators, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.

**What we're looking for**:

- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic oversight within the finance function.

- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, combined with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights.

- Exceptional analytical skills and a keen ability to solve complex problems, with a demonstrated capacity to interpret financial data and draw actionable conclusions.

- Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across various departments and with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to provide clarity and strategic guidance on complex financial matters, often under time constraints.

- Adaptable and resilient, with a demonstrated ability to excel in challenging and rapidly changing business environments.
