Job PurposeWithin the Group Controlling function, the candidate will actively:- guarantee effective and timely support in the reporting and analysis of Group consolidated results- ensure coordination towards the business Sectors in terms of planning and reporting processes - support centrally the needs raised by the local subsidiary/business finance teams, promoting the necessary actions / developments to address their needs in a consistent way within the Group Key Responsibilitiesmanagement of the Group reporting and budgeting/forecasting consolidation procedures;verification and validation of the correctness and completeness of the economics prepared by the individual Legal Entities/Business Units of the Group, at both actual and planning level (annual budget, periodic forecasts, strategic plan) and coordination of the relevant process activities;analysis of business performance with relevant reports and/or presentations to present the contents of the analysis;preparation of the monthly reporting package (e. g.

income statement, variance analysis, contribution margin analysis, opex analysis);operational support to controllers located in other subsidiaries of the Group;participation in special projects and new initiatives (business and process wise). Required EducationDegree in Economics (or equivalent); Required Skills and ExperienceEcperience of max 4-5 years in a similar role in FP&A, within multinational industrial companies (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector) or in consultancy companiesTechnical CompetenciesMicrosoft Office, Advanced Excel, Powerpoint.

Knowledge of SAP R/3 and/or S/4 - planning/reporting tools (Oracle suite, HFM/Hyperon)Required Behaviours and CompetenciesThe ideal candidate works well in team, is committed, passionate, has good interpersonal and negotiation skills, is oriented to the result, autonomous, can easily switch between an analytical and synthetic approach, is precise in the execution and can manage efficiently the work across multiple tasks and deadlines.
