Group Crm Manager
Descrizione For the largest high-quality design Group we are looking for the Group CRM Manager.
Reporting to CDO, in this role, you will: Implement the Group CRM strategy for both B2C and B2B targets, in cooperation with all Brands Coordinate the technical partners and the vendor (Salesforce) in the development of the Group CRM platform and streams CRM evangelization (cross-brand workshops, training) Coordinate the CRM teams of Group Brands, identify synergies between Group Brands' CRM strategies, improve Group Brands' CRM awareness Target definition New customer journey roadmap definition Analyze and develop the value of B2C and B2B databases, identifying actions to improve volumes and quality at the lowest cost per acquisition Define main performance KPIs and targets and contribute to the Brands' CRM plans to reach them Implement new customer journeys to collect customer data and analyzing it to identify interaction and buying patterns and trends Contribute to report results, strategy updates and actions to top management Business overview of the CRM platform evolution.
Education/ Experience/ Skills: University/college degree.
Additional relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
Relevant work experience in CRM management Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills (Italian and English)
