Job Description: We are looking for a smart and customer-oriented Group Distribution Warehouse Leader to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Dab's warehouse in the world, both inbound and outbound.

What you will focus on: Direct management of finished product warehouses in Italy; Indirect management of finished product warehouses outside Italy; Share and standardize procedures and processes in Dab Group's warehouses, lead and coordinate them (need availability to travel); Have knowledge of all activities in the logistics cycle and the application of European/local and national regulations; Ensure compliance with laws and regulations for safety (people and goods); Analyze the process and propose innovation with optimization of the process or new digital solutions; Manage critical logistic issues arising from external and unpredictable factors, resolving problems and complaints effectively, monitoring service quality to ensure customer satisfaction; Coordinate Group inventory count with elevated levels of accuracy; Monitor the monthly performances of costs and warehouse service level.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Technical subjects; Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistic & warehouse management (preferred GDO); Capability to manage a team and coordinate activities; Fluent in English, both written and verbal; #J-18808-Ljbffr
