Our brilliant PE-backed Pharmaceutical client is currently searching for a new Group Head of FP&A to join the business during a transformative time.

They are flexible with the means of hiring, although preferably temp (for a few months) to permanent.

However, they will consider exceptional candidates who are just looking for a permanent role.

Essential to this role will be someone with a strong grasp of PE standards, and who is used to being the go-to for the PE house, as well various senior and C-Suite stakeholders.

At this point, financial information and strategy is key, and they will be looking for highest caliber.

You will have proven experience working for renowned PE firms, within their portfolio businesses, helping with finance transformation, and establishing world-class FP&A functions.

You will be confident in all aspects of FP&A including forecasting, board decks, KPI dashboards, forecasting, business partnering, business intelligence etc.

The ideal candidate will have started out their career in a Big 4 accounting firm, and will be ACA (or equivalent) qualified.

Salary / day rate commensurate with experience.
