Group Hr Manager

For our Group, we are looking for a **full-time Group HR Manager (M/F/d)** with the aim to further professionalize the HR function. We are flexible regarding the office location; it could be Malpensa/ Italy, Barcelona/ Spain, Düsseldorf Germany or Amsterdam/ Netherlands.
Your responsibilities:
- Developing HR processes, structures, and systems of the group in close collaboration with the Managing Directors and HR Management
- Responsibility for the recruitment process and the management of the whole employee lifecycle
- Developing and implementing advanced HR strategies/processes/mechanisms to maximize employee productivity, satisfaction, and retention
- Nurturing and developing corporate culture, leadership and employer branding
- Initiating and implementing creative HR solutions and innovative approaches
- Developing of a long-term HR strategy considering business objectives and growth
- Coordinating the HR organization and improvement projects across the group
Your profile:
- Degree (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR within international companies, including experience in building HR functions
- Broad overview of various HR sub-disciplines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Motivating personality with both assertiveness and sensitivity to the needs of the company or teams in the different countries
- Entrepreneurial mindset as well as creativity and innovation
- Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
- Eligible to work in the EU
