Within the Group Chief Risk Office, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.

The job holder will support Generali Group in its journey of increasing ICT/Cyber resilience posture, in order to support the Group business strategy.

Key responsibilities of the role will include: Support the Group Head of ICT & Cyber Risk Management function in performing 2LoD activities to verify, challenge and support risk responses at Group Level Coordinate activities of the Group Head of ICT & Cyber Risk Management function Coordinate Group level ICT & Cyber risk programs and projects Foster ICT & Cyber resilience culture across the Group in coordination with BU/Local CRO Functions Strengthen the collaboration among Group Chief Security Officer and Group Chief Information Officer function to foster a common journey to improve Group's resilience posture Report capabilities up to Board of Directors and other relevant committees Steer the definition of Group frameworks and best practices in terms of ICT & Cyber risk management Define Group Level regulations to fulfil Regulator's requirements and to improve Group resilience posture Act as Head of Project Management Office (PMO) for ICT & Cyber related projects/programs granting on time and on cost projects/programs delivery Being always up to date to implement new internal/external regulations involving proper stakeholders Requirements Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or any related field Experience in Governance/Consultancy roles in ICT or Cyber areas Good knowledge of ICT and Cyber security governance topics Fluent English (other languages will be considered a plus) Project management skills Budget and People management skills Soft skills: Strong listening and mediation/negotiation skills Problem-solving and analytical skillset Communication skills and ability to manage a wide array of different stakeholders An untarnished reputation for integrity Proactivity to drive qualitative results A global mindset Company Profile Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
