JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:

- Guarantee the implementation of processes, tools and policies to guarantee the analysis/control of IT performances in a harmonized/comparable way for all Essilor Luxottica entities.

- Leverage on the IT data and analytics in order to identify improvement opportunities and drive decision able to improve the overall performance.

- Identify major gaps and misalignement in EssilorLuxottica reporting systems, define a roadmap and implement necessary updates in order to reach an common updated yet efficient Essilor Luxottica reporting tool.

- Together with Essilor Luxottica IT teams identify synergies plan, monitor the execution and help in maximizing processes and organization opportunities.

**NETWORK OF INTERACTION**:Corporate IT Management Leaders, Corporate FP&A and Finance/Controlling teams, Local IT Teams, Local Finance teams

**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE**:

- Master Degree

- 1-3 years of experience in controlling of complex multinational organizations

- Advanced level knowledge of operations/commercial controlling and FP&A methods, tools and technicalities

- Strong team working, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Capability to work under pressure

- Strongly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excell proficiency) and Business Intelligence tools

- Fluent English
