Your role is a critical component of our global HR People Services organization.
You'll design, build, and implement the strategy and operating model for all Employee Experience matters for Europe's General managers and their sales organization.
You'll be the voice of the end-to-end employee experience to all process owners and work with these stakeholders to identify the most significant opportunities for improvements in experience.
You will be a key advisor to business leaders to determine the best approaches to employee experience, including attraction, recruiting, retention, engagement, learning and development, performance, and leadership.
Your role will be crucial in identifying problems, prioritizing the business challenges & gain sponsorship to change.
You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and other Global HR functions strategically and operationally on various initiatives and projects.
For such an important role, you'll need extensive HR management experience from a large-sized, multinational organization with exposure to the financial regulatory environment from an HR perspective.
You must have excellent organizational effectiveness skills and a proven record of working in a highly matrixed organization.
You'll need to demonstrate the ability to develop, present and influence strategic plans and policies to senior management, coupled with a proven capability to implement.
Experience in a fast-paced environment where the ability to make decisions and have sound judgment is a must.
You'll need to have a passion to design Customer Centric self-service employee solutions and demonstrate experience in building great Employee Experience with a track record of process improvements and delivering well-documented process analysis.
You will need to be able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and proven success in developing employees, recognizing and rewarding high performers, and embracing diversity and varied perspectives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
