Within the Group Leadership Development team we are looking for a Group Leadership Training & Group Talent Value Proposition Manager.

Group Leadership Development team is part of Generali Leadership Development & Academy function, in charge to support Generali strategy and business results as the engine to grow future global leaders, to nurture our talents, to accelerate the Group's transformation, to foster diversity and inclusion across the Group and to enhance the perception of Generali as an employer of choice.

Key activities will include:

- Deliver complex, structured end-to-end projects in dialogue with all the Business Units, i. e.

new Group Leadership Training for Group Talent Senior Managers, Global Mentoring Program for GLGs and Group Talent Managers etc. .

- Partner with group center of expertise to ensure consistency in the Value Proposition agenda

- Liaise with important business schools and top consulting firm

- Collaborate with international talented colleagues

- Work with the most relevant stakeholders of the area

- Design, organize and lead programs, community call, workshops, focus groups, trainings

- Produce supporting tools and documents

- Prepare compelling presentations and comprehensive communication plans

Must have

- Strong change management, project management, communication and analytical skills to manage complex international projects and international exposure

- Collaborative and strong team player and flexible and driven for results

- International experience
