Group Leadership Training Specialist
Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
- Take active part in the brainstorming for the design of the content and format for the programs
- Take active part in the engagement of relevant stakeholders and manage the international network of external partners
- Organize the structure of the training programs and events (e. g. , meetings, workshops, virtual events) and manage invitations
- Prepare presentations and documents
- Define the communication plan of the initiatives
Must have:
- A bachelor's degree (economics, engineering preferred)
- International exposure (study or work experience)
- Prior work experience will be considered a plus
- A sincere interest in training and people development
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of digital, social/business networks will be a plus
Nice to have:
- Strong presentation skills (written and oral)
- Proactivity and positive thinking
- Relationship management skills
- Creative, curious, inquisitive, with a strong attention to details and open to challenges
