Group Learning Lead
Job PurposeAs a member of the Group Talent Experience Team, the Group Learning Lead will be the subject matter expert for learning across Recordati, working with stakeholders to provide the best learning experience for employees, aligned with Recordati's culture and values. A crucial and significant element to this role will be collaboration in the design and implementation of the company's new global learning system (LMS) as part of our digital transformation programme. Post-launch, the Group Learning Lead will own and drive the LMS (strategy, content etc. )
together with acting as a key member of the project team for the annual 'Share Your Views' Recordati Group Employee Engagement Survey.
The Group Learning Lead will drive Recordati's learning culture, ensuring employees have access to high-quality learning resources and experiences that foster their professional growth and align with the company's strategic objectives.
This role will be both an activator for functions across the global organisation who create and own learning e. g.
validated learning, Group compliance, pharmacovigilance, brand/product training etc. , collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs, and creating content and effective learning programmes to support HR processes and initiatives which empower employees to develop their skills, enhance their performance, and contribute to the overall success of Recordati.
The role can be based from Recordati's key European hubs - hybrid working is available. Key ResponsibilitiesNeeds assessment and analysis• Working in partnership with global stakeholders including the Group Organisational Development Lead to perform skills audits and analyse data to identify skills gaps and areas for improvement, then translate these insights into targeted learning interventions with clear metrics to measure success • Coordinate training activities at region/country level • Cooperate with HR Managers by providing when needed, specific competencies for all issues/initiatives relating to trainingLearning programme design and development• Creating, coordinating, and implement comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals.
• Design, develop and implement learning programmes, including e-learning modules, workshops and curate high-quality learning materials including manuals, guides, multimedia content and online courses that address the needs of Recordati • Ensure learning content is aligned with business objectives, employee roles and competencies required for success • Create, launch and drive adoption of a global learning toolkit for Recordati (catalogue) incorporating mandatory and voluntary training and development • Manage the learning content lifecycle, ensuring materials are up-to-date, relevant and accessible • Provide operational support for major learning events including, but not limited to, Recordati New Leaders Academy, Recordati Elevate talent acceleration programme and other key learning programmes • Coordinate with Group Internal Communications team where relevantBudget setting and budget management • Make an accurate contribution to annual budget planning and provide regular updates on budget management Learning technology management• Actively support the Director of Talent Experience and HRIS project team in the launch, implementation, use and development of the LMS and other digital platforms where relevant • Proactively investigate the latest developments in learning technology and share best practice with the TE team and company as a whole • Ownership of Recordati's LinkedIn Learning platform, particularly focussed on global strategic development and integration into the LMSCompliance and best practice• Ensure all talent development programs and initiatives are compliant with legal standards and reflect industry best practices. Reporting and analysis• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on talent development progress, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectivesVendor partnership management• Stay current with industry trends and global vendors to ensure Recordati has access to the best and most up-to-date learning solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships ensuring Recordati benefits from the most competitive commercial terms and quality of service from its learning vendorsRequired EducationDegree qualified in business, HR or a related subjectRequired Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 7 years' experience in an in-house learning role in a global context Previous experience of an LMS design and implementation on a global scale is strongly preferred, ideally SAP.
This experience will include integration of existing learning platformsDemonstrable experience of ownership and strategic development of LinkedIn Learning platform globallyCoaching certification/accreditation preferredExperience in designing, developing, facilitating and evaluating learning materials for various formats including e-learning, instructor led- training and blended learningDemonstrable experience choosing, evaluating and managing global vendor partnersDeep understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them at Recordati, together with the ability to adapt learning approaches to different audiences and learning stylesStrong project management skills and the ability to build robust relationships to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholdersRequired Behaviours and CompetenciesGood communicator who enjoys talking and connecting with peopleDriven to achieve objectives on time and in fullStrong collaboration skills, working as part of a team to ensure projects and initiatives are shared Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to diverse audiencesExperience in supporting organisational change through learning initiativesPassionate about learning to meet individuals' and organisational needs and goals Experience working in a matrix environmentRequired LanguagesFluency in English, both written and spoken is essential; a second European language would be preferred
