Group Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Group Marketing Manager who shares our passion and wants to contribute to the growth and innovation of our company. The identified resource will be the centerpiece of our marketing strategies, helping define and implement innovative plans that reflect our corporate mission. He will have the opportunity to lead a talented team, coordinating projects and campaigns that achieve our commercial objectives and communicate the values that distinguish us. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for the group, aligned with the corporate objectives and mission of Serenissima Ristorazione and the other entities of the group. Manage and coordinate the activities of the marketing team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Analyze the market and competition, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, product development) to ensure consistency and synergy in marketing activities. Plan and manage different types of campaigns, using various communication channels (digital, social media, events, press). Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies through performance analysis and reporting. Maintain relationships with strategic partners, suppliers, and agencies. Promote and maintain the image of the Serenissima Ristorazione brand and other entities of the group, ensuring that the messages are consistent and in line with the company values. Manage your marketing budget, optimizing resources to maximize return on investment. Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related disciplines. At least 5 years of previous experience in marketing roles, preferably in the restaurant industry or in service companies. Excellent knowledge of digital and traditional marketing techniques. Ability to analyze and interpret market data. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Creativity, problem-solving, and results-oriented. Knowledge of social media management platforms and web analytics tools. About us:
