The opportunityThe intern's role will involve supporting the Organization & Change Management Function within the HR Family in their daily tasks. We seek an individual with a passion for HR, organization, change management, and digital transformation topics, who is eager to collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders and external partners worldwide on multi-year transformation initiatives that extend beyond the realm of HR. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning and working on a wide range of cross-functional projects and processes related to the HR domain and to the main other areas of the Group.
