BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Recently, the Ermenegildo Zegna Group has embarked on a comprehensive transformation program aimed at standardizing and harmonizing its core systems and services.

Our global HR team supports nearly 8, 000 employees across various countries.

The intern's role will involve supporting the Organization & Change Management Function within the HR Family in their daily tasks.

We seek an individual with a passion for HR, organization, change management, and digital transformation topics, who is eager to collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders and external partners worldwide on multi-year transformation initiatives that extend beyond the realm of HR.

In this role, you will:

Support the Organization & Change Management Function in the following key topics: Human Resources Management; Organization; HRIS; Performance Evaluation; Succession Planning; Talent Review; Compensation; E-Learning; Change Management; SOX.

What makes you, makes our team

For this role, we're looking for someone with:

Holder of a University Master's degree preferably in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or similar; Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams); Confidentiality and discretion; Excellent communication skills (both written and oral); Proactivity, Flexibility, Problem solving; Analytical and detail-oriented mindset; Highly proficient in English.

Knowledge of any EU official language is an advantage.
