BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Recently, the Ermenegildo Zegna Group, has embarked on a comprehensive transformation program aimed at standardizing and harmonizing its core systems and services.

The intern's role will involve supporting the Organization & Change Management Function within the HR Family in their daily tasks.

We seek an individual with a passion for HR, organization, change management, and digital transformation topics, who is eager to collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders and external partners worldwide on multi-year transformation initiatives that extend beyond the realm of HR.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning and working on a wide range of cross-functional projects and processes related to the HR domain and to the main other areas of the Group.

In this role, you will: Support the Organization & Change Management Function in the following key topics: Human Resources Management; Organization; HRIS; Performance Evaluation; Succession Planning; Talent Review; Compensation; E-Learning; Change Management; SOX.

For this role, we're looking for someone with: Holder of a University Master's degree preferably in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or similar; Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams); Confidentiality and discretion; Excellent communication skills (both written and oral); Proactivity, Flexibility, Problem solving; Analytical and detail-oriented mindset; Highly proficient in English.

Knowledge of any EU official language is an advantage.
