The opportunity The intern's role will involve supporting the Organization & Change Management Function within the HR Family in their daily tasks.

We seek an individual with a passion for HR, organization, change management, and digital transformation topics, who is eager to collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders and external partners worldwide on multi-year transformation initiatives that extend beyond the realm of HR.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning and working on a wide range of cross-functional projects and processes related to the HR domain and to the main other areas of the Group.

Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) Soft skills: Confidentiality and discretion Communication skills (both written and oral) Proactivity Flexibility Problem solving Analytical Detail-oriented Highly proficient in English.

Knowledge of any EU official language is an advantage
