Position: Group Planning & Business Reporting Senior Analyst Adecco Financial Services is searching for an important player in the luxury fashion and design sector to fill the role of Group Planning & Business Reporting Senior Analyst.

The profile will be inserted in the controlling area and will be responsible for the following activities:

Analyze the Group's consolidated reports (P&L and Cash) monthly through standard and ad hoc presentations, highlighting significant variations compared to planned data; Collaborate with the Consolidation & Integration function and support it in the annual budget process and actual data, making the exchange of information between various Business Partners efficient and smooth; Regularly monitor the main Risks/Opportunities (in terms of P&L and Cash) arising from Business activities and promptly highlight any impacts; Collaborate with other business functions to best automate the preparation of recurring reports, contributing to the continuous improvement of work methods, with reference to processes and systems, introducing best practices; Prepare the calendar for periodic reporting (actual) and planning (Budget/Last estimate) processes, monitor deadlines, and promptly report any non-compliant activities.

Requirements: Degree in Economics/Engineering Experience in management control/FP&A (5 years of experience preferably in Retail/Luxury) Excellent knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written) Excellent ability to comment (in English) on the main phenomena/deviations We offer: Permanent contract in staff leasing formula (permanent with Adecco)

CCNL: Commerce - level and salary will be evaluated based on the seniority of the candidates.
