OpportunityWe are looking for a Procurement Category Leader Indirects. Objective of the position is to source and to purchase services, and non-direct materials. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Your responsibilities will be:Assume global responsibility of Indirect Procurement for Evoca GroupMotivate and develop a small team of buyersManage and reduce total cost of ownership and increase value contribution of indirects to the Evoca BusinessShared with internal clients, take responsibility for pricing and conditions, risk management, sustainability, contract management, vendor relationships for the indirects categoryIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilitiesConduct market research to identify trends and new sourcing opportunitiesEnable and manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance

To be successful in this role you'll need to have:Degree in Engineering, Economics or related fieldsRelevant work experience in ProcurementEvidence of success in business partnering and negotiation and in balancing internal and external needsCommercial mindsetStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFluent, but not perfect in English and ItalianWell versed and ready to learn more in efficiency applications (e. g. , MS Office) and ERP systems

Nice to have:Experience in service procurementAppliances Manufacturing experienceProficiency in procurement tools and softwarePrevious experience in structured manufacturing companies
