We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the Checkout domain within our eCommerce platform Easy – the leading Nordic checkout solution for SMEs.

The domain spans three key product areas: Processing, Plugins, and the Checkout Experience. About your future roleIn this role, your mission is to build Europe's best converting checkout proposition, tailored for both existing and new markets.

You'll define the product strategy and set clear objectives to drive this vision, ensuring alignment across teams and markets.

Collaborating closely with product managers and product specialists, you'll align on strategic priorities and provide clarity of direction across the domain.

Through strong partnerships with design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams, you'll facilitate alignment, offer strategic guidance, and ensure the team translates the product vision into impactful outcomes. As our new Group Product Manager, you will champion modern product development practices across your domain, fostering a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement.

The team of PMs and product specialists within your domain brings diverse experience levels, requiring you to adapt your leadership style – balancing mentoring, coaching, and collaborative direction-setting. We believe in cross-functional, empowered teams led by skilled product trios as the foundation for building products customers love.

You share this belief and bring proven experience in enabling teams to succeed within this framework. Your most important internal partners include our Heads of eCom Sales in the Nordics and DACH and Heads of Customer Services and Operations across the markets served by the Easy platform.

Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with Marketing and GTM teams to ensure alignment and impactful execution. As Group Product Manager you will:Build the high-level roadmap for your domain and align roadmaps across the three product areas you overseeProvide strategic sparring and guidance, ensuring key directional decisions made by PMs in E2E teams are well-founded and aligned with overarching objectives and missionStay attuned to evolving market dynamics and competitive insights to guide strategic prioritiesEngage in customer dialogue to foster a customer-centric approach, and support sales and technical integrations teams when needed to ensure alignment with customer needsOwn E2E domain outcomes, ensuring solutions are delivered cohesively across teams and support strategic goalsDefine and track OKRs and KPIs for your domain, maintaining visibility on performance and driving accountability for resultsConduct regular commercial reviews of launched products and run reviews with sales teams and leadershipCollaborate with the Head of Product on high-level strategy, ensuring your domain contributes effectively to broader organizational/eCom goalsPartner with the Head of Engineering and the Head of Insights & Product Experience to enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and foster a shared purposeWe are seeking an experienced product manager with a strong background in modern product practices (e. g. , Marty Cagan) and the following skills:Payment domain expertise is required, if you have it from the customer-side experience (e. g. , PM for checkout in product-driven organizations) it is considered a plusProficiency in customer-centric development methods like continuous discovery, design thinking, Google sprints, prototyping, A/B testing, user research etc. Experience with objectives-driven, data-backed development, including OKRs, North Star metrics, hypothesis testing, and user analyticsAdvanced English communication skills (written and spoken)Experience in B2B products, especially for SMEs, is advantageous but not requiredApply now!If this opportunity resonates with you, we'd love to hear from you!Please apply at your earliest convenience.
