- To drive the achievement of business growth based on solid market knowledge and understanding, through portfolio storytelling, competitive responses and the provision of a long-term strategic marketing plan in coordination with country Management and US franchise counterparts. This position is responsible for the elaboration, and the execution of the franchise plan in accordance with divisional budget covering F2F and digital channels as well as the development of services and solutions to differentiate portfolio offering in the market place. Essential to the role success is strong collaboration with the Product Management, Customer Education and Marketing Operations teams as well as external to the HQ marketing organization stakeholders like HEMA, Marketing Excellence and the other relevant CoEs. **Your Responsibilities will include**:
- Builds Division budget in cooperation of sales division's direction.
- Integrates Product launches into portfolio storytelling, educating sales force on sales strategies in cooperation with Sales Training.
- Upgrades product and procedure experience to expert level in the country.
- Conveys market needs and sales requirements to International Marketing team.
- Ensures that the country build a formalized Marketing Plan based on the annual marketing plan
- Drives Marketing Strategy Formulation to define winning portfolio strategies that drive significant growth in the region: Identifies key uncertainties and questions to be resolved about the market and customers; Identifies the right marketing tools (e. g. , segmentation) to address the key questions for the market and coaches team on how to use them; Advances the quality of all analysis and choice making of product team to address the uncertainties / questions to be resolved; Ensures consistency and alignment across franchise strategies in the market.
- Drives Marketing Strategy Implementation & Communication: Guides Product Managers to develop customized messages and selling tools for the market that enable the Sales Force to drive desired customer behavior change; Orchestrate digital promotional campaigns to empower and support the sales org delivering more effectively messages and selling pitches; Champions the local implementation plan with Product Manager and the country Sales Force; Based on budget allocations and product input from (Local) Product Managers/ Specialists, makes resource allocation trade-off decisions across products for local implementation; Ensures the right set of specific metrics are in place for tracking success of local marketing efforts - determines corrective action when local product performance is not on track.
- Planning and Management: Designs and manages an efficient and effective work process for Product Manager. Reliably delivers relevant and value-added outputs within agreed upon timelines.
- Quality: As interface to Clients and Sales Organization has direct responsibility to facilitate, share documents and process to identify, notify and ensure any complaint or problem are addressed, thereby demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors. Responsible to facilitate and champion the quality requirements and the message of compliance to internal and external customers for all events and campaigns.
**What are we looking for in you?
Knowledge and Experience:
- Completed BA/BS undergraduate degree, with a marketing degree as a preference
- MBA diploma will be valued
- Experience in ENDO will be valued but not essential, Over The Counter or Direct to Consumer marketing background are as important
- Experience in creating and leading omnichannel campaigns is a plus
- Experience of managing and leading a team (performance management, training, coaching)
- Demonstrates high level profe
