Group Quality is the central function, part of Group Operations, deemed to coordinate the Quality related activities across the company functions and business areas.

The newly set PMO team, where the position is located, owns the Perform and Transform Program, integral part of Group Quality 5 years Strategic plan, in terms of content definition and deployment planning and monitoring.

**Tasks**:

As Project Leader in the GQ PMO team, you will be in charge of leading Perform/Transform projects and special corporate initiatives from Quality perspective, securing a smooth execution in terms of time, cost and excelelnce of achieved goals.

Projects will be staffed functionally, rather than hierarchically, being transversal across the whole Company orgaisation: as GQ PL you will be in charge to coordinate the functional relationships within the team, identifying and removing roadblocks, promptly escalating issues, and duly reporting activity status to PMO lead and GQ leadership team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or Business Administration; other technical/management degrees can be evaluated.

- PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus.

- 1-3 years experience in project/task management in complex strucutred environments, ideally as part of a PMO organisation; some experience in management consulting is a plus.

- Professional skills in Project Management software and related tools, Office toolset (Excel and Powerpoint in particular), Collaborative development tools.

- Fluent in English, Italian/German are a plus.
