This is a 12 months fixed term contract / maternity cover. What you'll be doing. . . Be the go-to person for all Group Retail-related topics, reporting, and analytical activities. Support the Head of Retail (Strategy) with key reports, insights, and presentations to ensure effective communication across all levels. Foster strong relationships with Centre Retail teams to enhance business-wide communication. Use Retail tools to analyse performance data, ensure data accuracy, and generate actionable insights. Act as the first point of contact for Retail-related internal enquiries, providing credible, informed support. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to drive best practices and processes. Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Proven experience in retail back-office support and analytical roles. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive collaboration. Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
