Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
The Share Programs Analyst is responsible for reviewing plans census information (YES; BE IN; LTI), determining eligibility and performing administration and testing for all the share plans. Updates all information into record keeping system and performs quality control audit. - Allocates investment, employer contributions, and reconciliation of accounts. - Prepares and reviews all documents and related schedules, supporting the documents needed for REMCO, BOD and shareholders meetings- Communicates test results and recommends solutions to providers and HRIS team when specific failures are identified in existing processes and systems- Maintains current awareness and understanding of legislative changes, rulings, and expert opinions related to share plans. - Researches new issues to determine their impact on plan status Work on communication campaigns and training of HR colleagues- Support plan participants in their queries and request of information
Who are we looking for? - Required Education, Experience and Certificates, Licenses, Registrations- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of related experience in the administration of share plans preferred- Proficient using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and workday if possible- Preferred knowledge of stock market and corporate governance rules
