**Description of the Role**Amplifon is looking for a talented

**Group Risk Management Specialist **for our HQ

**. **The person will report to the Group Internal Audit and Risk Management Manager and will be responsible for performing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities across the Group.

**Main Responsibilities**With the Group Internal Audit and Risk Management Manager 's coordination, the person will have to:

- Support in the implementation of ERM methodologies to identify and evaluate the main risks that may hinder the achievement of the Companies strategic objectives and definition of the related response actions.

- Support the continuous monitoring processes over the execution of the actions plans defined for the management of the Group risks.

- Perform risk assessment activities through qualitative and quantitative analysis.

- Support in the development process and implementation of the Risk Appetite Framework, including the definition and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators.

- Support in the continuous improvement of the integration process with other Company functions analysis (e. g. , Climate Risk Assessment).

- Research of best practices regarding internal control and risk management systems, for the purpose of continuous improvement and development of the corporate ERM Framework.

- Support in the preparation of reports and analysis for top management and Risk, Control and Sustainability Committee.

- Analyze in detail business areas and processes in order to support the management in the identification and evaluation of the Group Risks.

- Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, by adopting appropriate communication styles and remaining open to other opinions or new ideas; write meaningful reports and presentations.

- Always maintain a professional approach providing an appropriate update on project progresses and potential issues.

- Maintain a commitment to quality results in line with timelines while being attentive to details.

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

**Requirements**:

- MsC in Economics / Engineering.

- Knowledge of aspects related to enterprise risk management.

- At least 2 years of professional experience with a Big-4 accounting/consulting firm (assurance services and control/risk/compliance) and/or large multinational's risk/internal audit department.

- Analytical and technical skills.

- Willingness to travel globally periodically.

- Highly motivated, proactive and able to work in team.

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). A second language is a plus.
