**MEININGER Hotels is looking for a Group Sales Supervisor (f/m/d) to manage, supervise and coach the team in their daily functions and responsibilities.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Manage reservations, deposit payments, pre-travel-arrangements, invoices and deadline monitoring of all relevant groups activities and processes

- Responsible for the onboarding process within the assigned team

- Daily coaching on the job

- Proactive feedback of market-related information to develop the commercial strategy

- Representation of MEININGER hotels at Commerce trips, networking events and trade shows

- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue and Operations

- Preparation of requested reports

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- High school or equivalent education required.

Apprenticeship in hospitality or travel industry preferred

- Hospitality related working experience of minimum 2-3 years

- Prior team leading experience is desirable

- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines

- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize

- Superior listening, verbal and written communication skills

- Business proficiency in English and Italian; any other language is an advantage
