You will assist with the development of our global Green Spirit and carbon neutrality program.
You could be based in any of the Electrolux Operations sites across the globe
We are looking for a Global Sustainability Specialist that will work within the Group Operations Sustainability team.
In this role you will participate to the development of our global Green Spirit program.
This is a program that embrace the group main activities on reducing our footprint in terms of Water, Energy while increasing our Renewable energy implementation.
You will also develop standard requirements for the introduction of new equipment and processes that will allow our company to reach the carbon neutrality by 2030
**Your main tasks**:
- Work together with Electrolux business areas and factories globally to develop improvement plans and determine capital requirements for energy, water and Renewable Energy adoption
- Analyze critical KPI's and assist with development of yearly improvement plans and goal setting
- Assist with the development of the global Green Spirit program and requirements focused on carbon neutrality
- Assist sectors with the certification of ISO50001 and conduct tracking of implementation to report gaps or improvements required.
Assist sectors in our yearly internal Plants assessment for Green Spirit Certification.
- Investigate new technologies to be included in best practices and take the lead on specific sub-projects assigned to you
- Work with global and BAs manufacturing engineering to ensure energy efficiency for new projects and processes
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or similar
- Min 3 years working within Sustainability or Manufacturing Engineering areas
- Knowledge in Environmental and Safety aspects, lean concept and problem solving skills
- Experience in Sustainability project management
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken
