Within the Group Talent Management and Strategic Sourcing team we are looking for a Group Talent management analyst to join a very flat, enthusiastic and energetic team to support in making things happen!

The main tasks of the job will be:

- Support Talent Management processes and projects by running data analysis on Group Talent Pool and preparing xls reports and presentations

- Support the monitoring of Group Talent KPIs

- Collect and maintain high quality data for key populations (ie.

Senior leaders and Talents)

- Contribute to enhance data quality on Group Talents and Senior Leaders Pools

- Collaborate to organize and prepare talent review meetings supporting the Global HR Community

**Must have

- Degree in economics or social sciences

- At least 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in a Multinational Company

- Excellent analytical skills

- Excellent proficiency in English
