Support Talent Management processes at Group level (Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Planning) for Senior Leaders;

- Coordinate the Talents Identification process at all organizational levels according to Group's guidelines

- Actively work on the career planning activities for specific functions and for Talents, leveraging on Group opportunities

- Prepare analysis and monitor KPIs related to Talent Management

- Organize Talent Events and other developmental initiatives to sustain Talent's growth

- Proactively engage with the Global Talent Managers community to reinforce a Group Common Culture

- Plan and conduct meetings, prepare presentations for management and executives

- Manage Change and Communication Initiatives related to Talent Management & Strategic Sourcing

Must have:

- Degree in business/ social sciences / organizational psychology/ management preferred

- At least 6-8 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on career planning, Talent identification and validation processes

- Previous experiences in consulting firms or in complex international organizations

- International exposure (work experience preferred)

- Strong project management and communication skills to design, implement and coordinate global Talent processes

- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel) - Knowledge of digital, social/business networks will be a plus

- English proficiency
