Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.

Within the Group Academy and Leadership Development area we are looking for a Group Talent Management Manager.

- Coordinate and support the design and implementation of reviewed talent strategy approaches, tools and change management initiatives

- Lead the design and implementation of new Talent Validation approach

- Coordinate the review and implementation of all talent processes and guidelines

- Coordinate the Talents Identification process at all organizational levels according to Group's guidelines

- Prepare analysis and monitor KPIs related to Talent Management and mobility

- Organize Talent Events and other developmental initiatives to sustain Talent's growth

- Proactively engage with the Global Talent Managers community to reinforce a Group Common Culture and drive alignment

- Plan and conduct meetings, workshops, prepare presentations for management and executives

- Manage Change and Communication Initiatives related to Talent Management & Strategic Sourcing

Must have

- Degree in Social Sciences/Psychology preferred

- At least 7-8 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on career planning, Talent identification and validation processes - holds certifications on assessment and development tools

- Previous experiences in consulting firms or in complex international organizations

- International exposure (work experience preferred)

- Strong project management and communication skills to design, implement and coordinate global Talent processes

- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel)

- Knowledge of digital, social/business networks will be a plus

- English proficiency
