GroupM is looking for an HR Content Specialist - Intern** **who will join the GroupM HR Team. Following the supervision of her/his tutor She/He will learn to enhance the internal HR Communication and will support and help the implementation of any activity regarding the HR internal and external communication.

This will be an engaging role that will require creativity but also the ability to build a solid working method.

**Your main tasks will be**:

- collaborating in the management and updating of the internal HR SharePoint by designing and creating content

- writing news items to put in the HR SharePoint

- managing the monthly HR newsletter

- helping in producing internal communications

- creating engaging content for launching new HR projects/initiatives

- creating content for effective hiring campaigns

- creating content for employer branding campaigns

- creating ppt presentations

**Who you are**:

- you love excellent execution, but you love the most a great idea

- you ideate, design, and create content to support the HR internal and external communication initiatives

- you don't just write, but you always check, rewrite and pay attention to details; typos, unclear messages, and unnecessary punctuation marks are nowhere to be found when you introduce your work

- you have a good knowledge of graphic tools (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar ones)

- you know the marketing and communication fundamentals

- you have a data approach in order to create effective content

- you are a fast learner and _thinking out of the box_ is your bread and butter

- you are a teamwork and collaborator who is not afraid to ask questions

- you are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- you are fluent in English
