We are looking for an enthusiastic and digital-savvy HR Recruiter to join our GroupM HR Talent Team.

This will be a varied and exciting role that will require you to partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, define requirements and proactively define effective sourcing strategies to recruit tech roles for our media agencies: GroupM, MediaCom, Wavemaker and Mindshare.

As a GroupM HR Recruiter, you will be proactive and autonomous in your search to find and hire the best talent for our group, including business-critical job types such as digital, planner and technical client accounts.

As part of the broader HR Talent Team, you will be a team player and happy to get involved with other recruitment tasks as needed.

**Who you are**:

- At least 1-2 years' experience as recruiter for Digital & Market Specific Roles (in Media & Marketing will be considered a plus)

- Genuine passion for the digital world and with deep knowledge of its market

- Skilled with LinkedIn Recruiter (familiarity with other recruiting social platforms will be considered a plus)

- Enjoy staying up to date with digital trends and an understanding of how they affect our business

- Problem solver, ability to think out of the box and find creative solutions; proactively identify new ways to solve business problems

- Cool under pressure, flexible and able to execute short but simultaneous tasks

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships

- Team player and not afraid to ask questions

- Organized and able to work at a fast pace, handling a high-volume workload

- Proficient in English and in Microsoft Suite (Excel and Power Point will be considered a must)
