GroupM Nexus Media Solutions is actively looking for a Client Solution Manager. The client solution team is responsible for defining and managing media products offered to clients across GroupM agencies. These products cover a full spectrum of addressable channels across video (VOL, AVOD, SVOD etc), audio, CTV, DOOH, native, display and performance.
As Senior Client Solutions Manager you will be shaping our product strategy, innovation and go-to-market, always looking for added value solutions that answer clients' needs. You will be responsible for converting needs and trends into actionable answers and work closely with different departments within the group (Sales, Activation, Research, Investment, Nexus international network etc) and market (technology providers, media suppliers, DSPs, adverifications, etc) to evaluate, provide recommendations and manage go-to-market efforts for new products and features that will drive sales engagement and revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Ownership - Overall responsibility for the success of managed products. You will work on identifying short-term and long-term opportunities based on research and analysis of the industry and listening to clients' needs. You will develop a strategy for the evolution of existing or new solutions with actionable goals and project plans.
- Product Marketing - identifying and clearly communicate the key benefits and value of products through training, documentation, and product marketing. Building internal and external facing documentation. Working closely with the rest of the team and especially the business development team to ensure key benefits of our products are clearly defined, measurable and appealing.
- Stakeholder Management - product development is a collaborative effort, and you will be expected to work with stakeholders from all levels of the business, locally and internationally. You will drive alignment and focus across internal working groups from operational, commercial, and technical backgrounds, use established product development techniques to move products from a conceptual stage through to launch and beyond and will be responsible for facilitating adoption of new solutions in collaboration with the wider team.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, and translating them into actionable media products
- Keep abreast of current events, media trends, and any industry trends that impact client business
- Take part in group brainstorming sessions to bring great ideas to life
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of advertising landscape, actors, technologies, trends
- 3-5 years of experience in digital or offline advertising in media agencies, tech companies, broadcasters or media sales-house
- Experience of the AV landscape (in particular VOD and Addressable TV) or DOOH, preferred
- Experience with programmatic buying, ad serving technologies and third party ad tags will be considered a plus
- Previous experience in product management role with demonstrative successful track record of developing and launching new features/products to market is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
- Comfortable working with projects that always have new challenges that you love to resolve
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to understand and translate technical and complex points to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent usage of Excel and Power Point
- Business English
