Mission: Maximize profit in all hotel areas through the planning and coordination of groups, and the sourcing and planning of hotel events. Manage the meeting planner or client directly to ensure that quality and service standards exceed client expectations at all times.

What will you be doing? Act as the liaison between the group and the hotel from the signing of the contract. Prepare quotes for all requests for social events and meetings aiming for maximum business in catering and meeting rooms. Ensure coordination of all the group's operational details and events by informing all departments involved. Follow up on deposits and payments according to the contract by updating the pro-forma invoice. Maintain continuous contact with the client during the group's stay, supporting the operation. Review group/event invoicing to ensure accuracy. Participate in daily service order (Food & Beverage) and group summary meetings. Support the groups/sales department during inspection visits that require technical and structural knowledge of the hotel. What are we looking for? Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is an asset. University degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or similar. Knowledge of hotel management and/or Customer Experience tools. Previous experience in a similar position in hotels of the same category. Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
