**Job Summary**: The role is responsible for the management of the Event Sales and Event Operations Teams for Villa Agrippina, in accordance with Company and Brand Standards.

**What will you be doing?

- Proactive handling of all inquires within market and parameters, ensuring Events conversion via qualifying calls, timely follow up, operations of site ispections for potential and confirmed group/events.

- Finalize and up-sell groups booking, meetings, conferences, catered and social events.

- Builds and develpo relationships with groups to retain business and increase growth.

- Overviews the Event Sales & Operations activities: ensure expiring options and follow up are timely managed.

- Depositis payment are solicited within the contracted timeline.

- Ensures Beo are clear, complete and timely distributed.

- Meet Vip Events Guest and attend Pre

- Conference Meetings

**What are we looking for?

- Previous experience as Events Manager in a five star hotel chain

- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management

- English Language Proficiency, a second language will be appreciates

- Knowledge of Opera Pms

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and availability to work in a dynamic team

- Highly responsible & reliable

- Attention to detail

- Integrity and Proactivity

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team

- Ability to focus attention on guest and colleagues' needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
