WHAT'S THE ROLE?

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

- **18 months **as an account manager or Hilti Store Representative.

You'll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business - our customers, products, services and software.

- **9 months in one of these two roles**:

- Logistics Trainee: you'll be supporting operational tasks related to product availability and inventory management, ensures appropriate level of stock and enables the organization to meet service level targets while also minimizing cost.

- Local Repair Process Expert Trainee: your key responsibilities will be to analyse and improve existing standards, identify gaps and develop global standards to ensure operational excellence.

- **3 months **on a regional strategic project in our Logistics or After Market Service Departments.

This will give you an international perspective of our company

After 30 months on the programme and feedback on your journey, you will be ready for a team leader or specialist role within our Logistics or After Market Service departments. WHAT YOU NEED IS:

We'd love to hear from you if:

- You hold a master's degree in Management/Industrial/Mechanic Engineering or other Degree plus Master in Supply Chain

- You are fluent in English and Italian

- You have spent maximum 2 years in a professional environment

- You are flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others.

- You are mobile: ready to move to another city and start your career

- You have a driving license
