What does the role involve? 18 months as an account manager or Hilti Store Representative.

You'll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services and software. 9 months in one of these two roles:Logistics Trainee: you'll be supporting operational tasks related to product availability and inventory management, ensuring appropriate levels of stock and enabling the organization to meet service level targets while also minimizing cost. Local Repair Process Expert Trainee: your key responsibilities will be to analyse and improve existing standards, identify gaps and develop global standards to ensure operational excellence. 3 months on a regional strategic project in our Logistics or After Market Service Departments.

What you need is: You hold a master's degree in Management/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or other Degree plus Master in Supply Chain. You are fluent in English and Italian. You have spent a maximum of 2 years in a professional environment. You are a flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others.
