Growth Manager

Position Summary As the Growth Manager at Metrikflow, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives to scale our B2B SaaS platform. You'll own the customer acquisition funnel and work on strategies across Product Led Growth, Lead Generation, SEO, Content Marketing, Sales, Performance Marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
Your expertise in growth strategies and marketing analytics will be key in expanding our reach and driving measurable results. Fluency in Italian is essential for engaging with our local audience and creating content tailored to the Italian market.
Tasks: Develop and execute growth strategies for Metrikflow's B2B SaaS platform. Test and scale our lead generation machine improving results and efficiency. Manage and optimize the performance of SEO campaigns to increase organic traffic. Design performance marketing campaigns to attract qualified leads. Test and refine high-converting landing pages. Analyze and optimize the entire lead generation and marketing funnel, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with product and sales teams to align growth strategies with business objectives. Research and implement innovative marketing tactics to stay ahead in the SaaS space. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights. Requirements: Proven experience as a Growth Manager, Digital Marketer, Sales Manager or a similar role in the B2B SaaS industry. Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and content marketing. Expertise in Lead Generation. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools for tracking, performance and benchmarking (Google Analytics, Search Console, SemRush, etc. ) Exceptional understanding of growth marketing principles and strategies. Hands-on experience in creating and managing marketing funnels. Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
