Company Description Full time 1 day remote working 3-4 days working in our office in Italy TOMRA Recycling Sorting designs and manufactures sensor-based sorting technologies for the global recycling and waste management industry to transform resource recovery and create value in waste. Job Description Position Overview Here are your core responsibilities:
Developing and implementing comprehensive growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate new leads, and retain/nurture existing customers. Collaborating with the Global Marketing Manager, Content Marketing and Product Marketing teams, as well as with designers to build effective customer journey mapping and planning, ensuring alignment on growth marketing goals and strategies. Setting up marketing performance dashboards across different channels, analyzing marketing data, workflows and providing insights to improve campaign, lead generation, lead qualification and lead nurturing performances. Overseeing and optimizing various digital marketing channels and platforms, including email marketing testing and setup (e. g. A/B test, subject lines, email content, landing page titles and CTAs in Hubspot, etc) as well as marketing operations and technology stack. Analyzing marketing data from various channels and providing insights to improve growth performance, regularly reporting on growth metrics to the Global Marketing Manager. Managing and optimizing the integration of CRM platforms in marketing operations – Hubspot & Microsoft Dynamics –with trackable results of efforts through the sales pipeline, work closely with TOMRA stakeholders and suppliers. Engaging in hands-on execution of growth marketing campaigns, ensuring high-performance delivery and optimization. Identifying and testing new growth channels and strategies to continually optimize marketing performance. Managing and allocating growth marketing budget efficiently to ensure a high return on investment. Qualifications Proven experience developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies. Deep understanding of the B2B purchase cycle and how to identify target audiences effectively. Possess a solid understanding of effective lead generation techniques. Proven track record in lead generation and nurturing strategies that result in sales and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Dynamics 365, etc. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience setting, managing, and delivering on project timelines and KPIs. Ability to collaborate across regions, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and interpret data for strategic insights. Strong project management skills, self-motivation, and a customer-centric approach. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields, master's degree preferred, along with knowledge of recycling and sustainability industry trends. Comfortable working with new technologies that are increasingly important in digital marketing such as AI-driven analytics tools. You are creative, team oriented, flexible, pro-active and efficient. Ability to prioritize tasks and work for multiple projects. Enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment.
