The Growth Marketing Lead is the driving force behind all easyNoleggio. net digital marketing and growth initiatives.
A web marketing, social media passionate and expert responsible for the expansion of the digital footprint and brand awareness of easyNoleggio. net on the Italian market.
Strategic mindest, fresh and creative approach interested in experiencing a startup environment, with speed of execution and desire to test, without fear of failure.
Ownership & Responsibility
The GML will be responsible for all the processes that improve business revenue.
This includes everything from acquiring new customers and turning them into loyal brand advocates.
Develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
You'll own all of our marketing channels and measure their success.
You'll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals.
Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers.
You'll work together with our content marketer and designer to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns.
Ultimately, as Growth Marketing Lead, you'll make sure our message reaches our target audience so that easyNoleggio can enter the next stage of growth.
Reporting to easyNoleggio Country Manager.
Main activities
- Design the most effective growth strategy and coordinate its implementation across paid, CRM, offers and analytics with functional experts based on local team's input
- Lead a robust testing agenda focused on unlocking new channels and strategies to deliver step function efficiency and scale of the acquisition program
- Own key metrics driving the acquisition function, setting a high bar for the team and our partners in terms of analytical rigour
- Lead a team of marketing freelancers, as content writers, graphic designers, coordinate activities with PPC advertsing team and Account Managers
- Define easyNoleggio target persona (Franchisee, End-Customer)
- Manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, in identifying target audiences, optimizing user funnels
- Create & manage holistic social editorial plan for for the corporate social channels
- Manage social networks & respective communities in line with corporate strategies and tone of voice
- Understand, implement & manage digital advertising campaigns, monitoring conversion rates and lead generation;
- Design, format & manage newsletter service for easyNoleggio partners in the various Italian regions using marketing automation tools
- Manage & develop easyNoleggio on-site advertising partner package (e. g.
selling Sponsored Products Ads or Display Banners)
- Copywrite & create graphic, photographic and video content in a format consistent with the corporate social channels.
- Maintain & update of the company multimedia depository
- Overseeing GoogleMyBusiness & Blog
- Data entry & creation of reports for the purpose of effective internal communication
explaining their actions and sharing the lessons learned with the business owners and investors.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Growth Marketing/Hacking experience;
- Strong passion for Digital Marketing and for the world of Social Networks;
- Experience in planning, development and management of editorial plans for B2C and / or B2B markets;
- Excellent knowledge of the main social platforms (eg Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube);
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics;
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing);
- Fluency in the management of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
);
- Native in Italian, Fluent in English & Spanish
- Ability to work in a team, problem solving attitude and creative orientation and open-mindedness, as well as an international mindset.
- Passion for understanding consumer behaviour and taking a few risks to explore new avenues to engage and delight customers
Preferred Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Management or a young professional with relevant work experience in Growth, Marketing or Business Analytics.
- Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite;
- Knowledge of Web Content Management platforms, HTML, Photoshop, Canva;
- On-page & Off-page SEO experience.
