**What is this job about?
**:
In this role as **Growth Marketing Manager**, your goal is to launch the brand in the **Italian** market.
On a daily basis, you are in charge of generating **business opportunities** through **lead generation** and traffic analytics.
**Your challenges**:
- Analyse and **optimise** channels, striving to find the true growth drivers
- Create marketing **campaigns** on Google and LinkedIn
- Create unforgettable **content** tailored to Spanish and Italian audiences
- Conduct copywriting and create value propositions and interesting visuals
- Organise **webinars**, where you will take charge of media creation and **event management
- Act as the face of the company in major events, helping to promote and drive future partnerships

**What do you need to apply?
**:
- Language skills**:bilingual** in **Italian**, and upper-intermediate (B1+) in **English
- 1-3 years of experience working in **Growth Marketing
- Experience in **Lead Generation
- Experience working in the **Tech** industry
- Excellent writing and grammatical skills
- You thrive in a **startup** environment
