**About the opportunity**:
We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our extraordinary Global Marketing Programs team!
As a Growth Marketing Manager, your job is to find the channels and strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention in the IT & ES Markets, where we are operating.
Moreover, you should be able to find new opportunities to optimise scalability.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Be the connector between Operations, Brand and Performance Marketing.
You will align with the General Manager, the Head of Brand and Performance Marketing Leads, and translate the business needs and brand marketing plans into a growth strategy to support the revenue goals.
- Design the most effective growth strategy and coordinate its implementation across paid, CRM, offers and analytics with global functional experts based on local team's input.
- Maintain and monitor reports, budgets, campaign performance, return on investment, LTV, and other channel metrics and report key insights to the central and local teams.
- Mitigate underperforming scenarios with reactive strategies and ready-to-implement Growth Marketing plans.
- Actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into the channel/tactic-mix to acquire and retain customers.
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing or CRM.
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Strategic but hands-on mentality, a structured way of working, with extraordinary logic.
thinking and analytical skills to drive consumer insights into growth strategies.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and solve problems autonomously.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Outstanding written, oral and organisational ability.
- Proficient in Analytics.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent written and spoken in English.
- Experience working in well-funded B2C companies with significant budgets is a plus.
