We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Marketer to drive the market growth of our technology products. This role will be responsible for increasing product awareness among target audiences, optimizing market positioning in relation to the competitive landscape, and ensuring alignment between messaging distribution, platforms, and analytical tools. The Growth marketing specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing spending is aligned with business objectives while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance. All activities must be conducted in alignment with our group's vision and values, strategy, brand guidelines, and quality standards. Key areas of accountability Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEA, CRM, and social media advertising. Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns, ensuring ROI-driven spending. Oversee data analysis and monitoring tools to track campaign performance. Monitor KPIs and generate reports to guide strategic decisions. Ensure external analytics and advertising systems are effectively integrated with internal marketing channels for optimal data exchange and performance insights. Coordinate with internal teams to align growth initiatives with product and business goals. Implement A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvements. Leverage marketing automation tools to enhance efficiency and personalization. Ensure compliance with relevant group policies and guidelines. Knowledge and education Bachelor's or Master's degree in digital Marketing is preferred for the role. Minimal 3 years of experience. Experience in a growing, technical, industrial and/or international business environment is an advantage. Experience Experience in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, CRM) Proven track record in performance marketing and growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition and retention. Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools for data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with marketing automation tools to enhance efficiency. Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI. Experienced in handling multiple projects simultaneously in cross-functional, international teams. Competences An excellent command of both spoken and written English (C1), Italian speaking is preferred. True team player with a 'can do' attitude, willing to contribute at all levels in a small but high-performing team environment. Cultural and diversity awareness and understanding, and an affinity with working in an international environment, are essential. Tact, planning, organizational and relationship-building skills are valuable competences for this role.
