**Role Overview

**We are looking for**:

- You will report to the Growth Platform Marketing Communications Director

**We count on you for**:

- Supports the Growth Platform Marketing Communications team in developing marketing and communication plans, executes the initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

- Prepare, coordinate and follow up events, tradeshows, on/offline external campaigns

- Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives

**You will bring**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent

- Proven experience at business or corporate level

- Experience in marketing communication, product promotion, event organisation

- Market & product knowledge

- Good knowledge of the Group and its businesses

- Excellent organizational skills

- Strong verbal and written communication

- Fluent in English

- Care and Collaborate: being able to create an inclusive environment where team members and contributors can thrive

- Customer obsessed: very good knowledge of the communication stakeholders as well as business intimacy

- Make it happen: bringing energy and professional project experience to create momentum and deliver frequently over a long period of time, accountability
