About the Role We are looking for aGrowth Product Managerwith a strategic, data-driven mindset to help develop and optimize ourgo-to-market strategy.
In this role, you will work closely with ourProduct, Growth, Content, and Performance Marketingteams to refine our product positioning, enhance in-app communication, and driveactivation, engagement, and retentionstrategies.
You will be responsible for crafting compellingvalue propositionstailored to our different user segments, translating market insights and data analysis into effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities Product Marketing Strategy and Execution Define and executego-to-market strategiesfor new features and products Develop clear anddifferentiated value propositionsfor both B2C and B2B audiences Collaborate with the product team to enhancein-app messagingand positioning Structure and optimizeonboarding, activation, monetization and retentionflows Data Analysis and Market Research Conductcompetitive benchmarksand analyze communication strategies used by industry competitors Analyzeuser funnel datato improve the customer journey Trackkey engagement and churn KPIs, identifying areas for optimization Test and iterate strategies based on data and user feedback Implement all thediscovery processrequired Growth and Performance Marketing Support Work with the Marketing team to developawarenessandacquisition strategies Create messaging and content forpaid campaigns(Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) Develop and optimizeemail marketing flowsfor activation, retention, and cross-selling SupportSEO and ASOinitiatives to enhance organic product visibility Requirements 3-5 yearsof experience inProduct Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Management or Performance Marketing Strong ability to analyzeproduct data and metricsto inform strategic decisions Experience ingo-to-market strategy developmentand messaging Familiarity withanalytics tools(Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) Ability to writepersuasive copyin both English and Italian, optimized for different channels Experience withemail marketing platforms(e. G. , Klaviyo, HubSpot, Apollo.
